Sequent’s legal affairs are directed and managed by the Legal Department, a services division of our parent company. The Legal Department is headed by the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer and assisted by the Vice President and Associated General Counsel. The legal work the Legal Department performs is diverse and sophisticated, based on the wide variety of issues that Sequent and all of its affiliates are involved. Specifically, the Legal Department has highly experienced practitioners in the energy trading and marketing sector who are dedicated to Sequent’s business.
